Document Control

File Compression:- This makes a big file or document smaller and faster to send over email to another computer.
Version Control:- This saves different versions of the same document that have been changed.
Level Permissions:-
Is Owner:- This permission allows the person or people to have full control over the document, being able to change the document.
Read/Write:- This permission allows the person to read the document and adapt the document.
Read Only:- This permission only allows the person to look and not change the document at all.
